Clipform issues

Anyone else out there using Clipform by Walter Heindl? It is a very 
useful program to pull data out of Ecco to use with other software. I am 
having trouble running the clipform editor, which is not the end of the 
world since I can use Notepad++, but clipform editor is easier to use. 
I suspect it is not playing well with Windows 10 but thought I would 
check here first before I try to remember how to run a box in W10 with a 
different version of Windows. --Chris
