Hmmm Clipform sounds familiar but a web search didn't find it. Maybe something long ago abandoned like Ecco? I know I've heard of it but don't know if I ever tried it. Have you tried to change the compatibility mode property of the executable? Whole lot easier than running it in an emulated box if it works.
