So what clipform does is let you create a template with info like First 
Name, Last Name, Birthdate, Address1, and more. You can them use the 
template in the launch menu to pull out those field values into windows 
clipboard among other places.

E.g., I right click on James T. Klient, select the Letter.cpf shortcut I 
have put into the Launch menu, clipform opens up WordPerfect, enters the 
current date, and plugs in all the stuff I need to identify my client to 
Medicaid.

It can do much, much more than that, but it sort of gives you an idea.
