ICL's cannot be used in VISTA or Windows 7 (Platform: 07)
If run from a .gui, G4C crashes if you try to load an icl.
Loading from an EXE, DLL or ICO should work alright.

Win 7 (and Vista) handles a few more icon sizes than XP.
Supported are 16,24,32,48,96 and 256 squares. And maybe
some in between as well (not tried). But it's not required
to have the images of all sizes in an icon. Besides, since
G4C only handles 16 and 32 sizes, you don't need to change
anything in your guis when changing from Vista to Windows 7.
Only changing from XP to Vista/Win7 requires the changes
that we handled before.
