Hi Fer, I know about the problem from the time I created the 32x32 icons for the rebar. The gif showed up as 254/0/254 but it was equal overall. The one I now created luckely was ok. But you are right that it shouldn't be a problem of size to use a bmp. What I also wonder about Win7 is; if the xMenu metrics are followed like set in XP. At the time I used quickmenu's, I've seen Win7 used a wider font and if I aligned a menu at the right side of the gui in XP, it was crossing the right edge of the gui in Win7.
