Good to know.

MCI is one of my favorite ranting subjects... I can't play mp4's, movs and
many other formats, there is very little control and many things don't
work. A company like MS, richer than most countries, could easily assign
2-3 programmers the task of making such an important component better.
Instead they're trying to destroy windows...
