I have an ASP.NET using a heavy dose of Telerik's controls and LINQ-to-SQL.
Now context-sensitive help is required, and it needs to be file-driven or
db-driven so I won't author the content or have to recompile when a content
author makes changes. Oh, if it works with WPF or WinForms, so much the
better?
 
Any recommendations?
