RE: Who Has Good Help?

There's also the authoring part and the "automatic stick this into the UI as balloons or some other UI widget part". I;m web-searching around for a system that does it all. It'd be cool if SandCastle wasn't put on hold way back when, because that allowed decoration of controls to at least make a decent help file.

I have an ASP.NET using a heavy dose of Telerik's controls and LINQ-to-SQL. Now context-sensitive help is required, and it needs to be file-driven or db-driven so I won't author the content or have to recompile when a content author makes changes. Oh, if it works with WPF or WinForms, so much the better?
 
Any recommendations?
