I'm not familiar with the processor in this machine (VIA Nano). It
appears to be somewhat unusual, i.e. something other than amd64 or
i386. This gets a little outside my area of expertise.

The link you sent indicates that the processor will run linux and
Windows 7, so whatever architecture the processor is, it seems to be
able to emulate (if that's the word I want) i386 or amd64.

Bottom line is that it would appear to me from 3 minutes of looking
that this chip is likely to run linux/mono just fine. I'm just not
100% certain.
