It's actually to support the statement that Microsoft has produced some
good software - even though there's certainly room for technical
improvement, I think that it's great for end-users and quite intuitive. (I
also feel that, whenever I start Outlook, my entire PC slows down).

I've never liked Microsoft's mobile offerings, having used all of them.
However, the latest flavour of mobile from Redmond is really amazing and I
do love it. It's intuitive, and also technically the best platform to
develop for. That said, I use an iPhone, and I like it, but I remember how
UN-intuitive I found it the first time of use. Whether it's because I've
been brainwashed by the way I've always been doing stuff is of course
possible.
