Re: Bar not showing when mouse overs over top edge

Works for me on my win10 and win7 test machines. 

 First guess:  interference from other programs.  Try restarting windows with no programs running (except powerpro) and see if it works.  Then restart other programs one by one to try to find guilty party.
 

 I stopped using Firefox because it interfered with Powerpro mouse hot keys at one point in its version history.
 

 Another possibility:  if you are using PPro hot key for screen bump of top of screen, stop using that hot key.
 

 I do normally use "bump within bar only" with small Marker option, but it works for me with full screen bump too.  I do keep "disable bump if full screen running" unchecked.
 

 Unfortunately, much has changed in Windows and how other programs including powerrpro access its features between win98 and win7, so the fact that the configuration has not changed is not important for issues involving hot keys especially.
 

 Even though it usually works for me, there are cases when I have to click on the marker window to make it show, often if maximized window is running.  I have same issue with hidden task bar.
