Just to be clear:  to copy command lists like context or contextfolder between configurations, text export to ini from one and then import to other. 

 Also, I assume ppro is running non-elevated and that you are using UAC.  I make no commitments about other situations with regard to context menus, since the implementation involves some ad hoc usage of sendimessage between explorer.exe (where the dll runs) and powerpro.exe.
