Fixes for Explorer Context Menu Support

I uploaded a file pproctx1005.zip to the powerpro installation folders which:
 1.  Fixes 32 bit version of pproctx )at least in my limited tests)
 2.  Fixes a resource leak in both when you use icons on the context menu.
 

 

   To install:  unzip pproctx1005.zip to temp folder and read enclosed installation.txt.
