Also, what folders do you install exe and pcf to?  I only test with program files(x86) and with separate folder for pcf.  In particular, I don't support same folder for pcf and exe. 

 Are any other clip. commands failing -- please try clip.paste and clip.get in particular.
 

 It should not matter,  but make sure command lists|set up|all bars and menus| "do not use gdi Plus " is NOT checked.
