Define a bar location on the script via a script (complement to importcl )

Hello to all (especially to Bruce)

Certainly a too simple question for experts ... Sorry if confirmed

It there a way to move a BAR ( with name = Expert_Systems_Main_Bar ) to a specific location on the screen via a script ?
I use "importcl" in a script but did not find a way to define the exact location (horizontal / verticial) than I want to set the BAR (imported CL) displayed on the screen 

I've browsed the help file but did not find an answer .
