Starting over with Windows 10

 My old PowerPro is still running fine on Windows 7/32 though I haven't configured it in years.  Now I have a Win10/64 computer and miss PowerPro a lot.  So I have a few questions.
 

 Is there any [dis]advantage to the Unicode version?
 

 All I want is a row of buttons that will pop up over the taskbar when I bump the bottom of the desktop.  Does that work in Win10?
 

 Is there a 64-bit PowerPro?
