Right button?!!!

Hi, Bruce ... long time ...
 

 I'm playing with Win10 and PowerPro 5.3.35, both for the first time.
 

 I have a single visible "AppBar" which slides up when I bump the bottom.  On it are several commands whose RIGHT action is *Menu ShowAtButton some_list". (no left action).  When I put commands on "some_list"  I ALWAYS get the left-click action from both the left and right clicks!
 

 For example.  AppBar has a item called "Admin" which has the right button action "*Menu ShowAtButton abAdmin".  The bar "abAdmin" has an item called "Prompts" with left button command "Powershell" and right button command "cmd".  I get Powershell from both the left and right buttons.
 

 Any ideas?
