Emulating Windows key

Hi.

I use IBM Model Ms as a keyboard in all my computers.

This keyboard has no Win and Apps keys, so I used to remap Caps lock to Win key and was able to use the regular Windows shortcuts by Caps Lock + whatever.

Now I need to use regularly the Caps Lock key to actually lock caps and don't want to map the Win key to any other key, mainly because their positions don't match the muscle memory I've developed over the years.

So I thought I'd maybe be able to emulate the Windows key with a combination of keys near the zone I'm used to find my "Win" key on (maybe with shift+z or alt+z, or, ideally, shift+capslock).

Well, I'm not able to do it. I've tried all sorts of combinations with *keys, *wait, {win}, {winup}, {windown}, etc., but I am unable to make any combination of keys to work as a Windows modifier key.

I can make alt+z work as the Windows key, but only for a single press and not in combination with other keys, so I have a useless fake Windows key which can do what control+esc does but not using any win+key shortcut.

I've seen that there is a script to make Caps Lock work as a modifier key, but I'm experiencing difficulties understanding how it works and how to get rid of the debug window the script insists in showing permanently.

So, is it possible to make for example alt+z act as a Windows key so I can use shortcuts such as alt+z+l to lock Windows?

TIA
