powerproclip format and clip tracking

I'm using a lot *Menu Folder  <ClipFolder> which give me the best clipboard manager as ever  when used with automatic track Clip.

I also move in sub folder some powerproclip i want to keeep changing the name (like snippet for username, mail account, vat number, company IDs, addresses,...)  

I have 2 Questions : 
1) Does it exist a way to create a powerproclip file for text from any string, or does it exist a document explaining the format ? I have some clip which i want to change the content i would like to edit powerproclip file in a simple textarea dialog and save it back. ()
I suspect 01 00 00 00 <Content Size Int 32 Little Endian><Content>00 00<?????>

2) Is it possible to increase the 99 limit for clip tracking witch delete automatically oldest files ?
