I cannot understand this because it works for me in all my tests including the one you show.  That is, it does stop after sending abc once.  I have tried from hot key and from command run box.   

 The old version fails with 35s but not with 35r but the new version works with both on my machine. 

 All I can suggest is making sure you have event.dll version 1,.10 in the plugins folder of your ppro exe folder.
 

 If that is the case and it still fails, then stick with 35r.  There are only small fixes in 35s and I have no plans for work on further ppro for the foreseeable future,.
