delete older files from Recycle bin with Powerpro

explorer.exe /n,/e, ::{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
the above command opens a Windows Explorer with recycle-bin. But
*File DeleteOld 5 explorer.exe ::{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
giving error message "Cannot access folder"
How to delete older files from Recycle bin with Powerpro?
