There is no easy way to do this.  In fact, there is likely no safe way to do this. The following MAY work.  Or it may corrupt your drive.  I have not tested.  Proceed at your own risk.
 

 The overall recycle bin encompassing all drives is a virtual folder and cannot be accessed by powerpro.  But the recycle bin for each drive is a hidden, system folder $recycle.bin at root of drive.
 

 To see these folders in explorer, use control panel folder options advanced view options and uncheck the hide system folders setting.  (Note:  this is the system folder setting, different from simply showing hidden files).
 

 Then if you have lots of backups try running deleteold on that file path if you want.  Again:  this is entirely at your own risk.  Since you are accessing hidden system folders, I have no idea what will actually happen.
 

 I hope I have persuaded you just to stick with explorer for this!
