A couple of more thoughts: PPro lets you show an image file on the face of a button instead of an icon. So for the larger icons, you could use your favourite image editing program to create a version of the icon that fills the whole button face and save as image file. Then just point the that image file for the button instead of the icon. Or, you could have one bar of smaller icons and text joined to a second bar of big icons only using the Lock To functionality. That would only work if the big icon buttons were at one end of the bar now or if you will willing to change the look of the bar that way.
