Hello and de-lurking! Long time user here, from as far back as pre-PowerPro, Stiletto days (I'm sure I'm not the only one! <g>). A question that came up with a new Windows laptop, and thank goodness before the upheaval with Yahoo groups (what are we going to do??!! <sigh>) -- when I launch a special, secondary bar I created just for stickie notes, the icon disappears from the system tray. This is the exact same version as I've been using before getting Windows 10, back from WinXP days where it _did_ stay in the systray so I could launch new notes from it even if the bar itself is hidden -- which is the state I prefer it in. And it isn't that the icon gets hidden as some do and we have to set it to appear all the time via the "Select which icons appear ..." screen. The icon just goes *poof* <g>. I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what they did to fix it, if it was something fixable? Thank you! And thanks for all the dedication and hard work, Bruce! Cheers. (I didn't upgrade PowerPro when I went to Win10 as when something "isn't broken", as the expression goes [and PowerPro isn't broken, by any means!!], and it's worked for me perfectly well all these years as is so I didn't want to mess things up. I learned this with an app called AutoIt where I had to stop updating it since after each update, many working scripts got broken and it got too time-consuming and frustrating to go back and fix them all with the "updated" syntax! Chose also to stop updating PowerPro if I didn't need to.) --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus ------------------------------------ Posted by: mitchellwma1-/[email protected] ------------------------------------ PowerPro's download site: http://powerpro.cresadu.com/
