xStatsGraph-0.6 stability and network ?'s

Has anyone other than me had any problems with the network bar or meter?
All I can get is basically a 100% or 0% reading. Also, if I am using
perfmon everything "work", but if I switch to xstatsclass for my source,
The memory usages jumps and litestep hangs.
 
I have my update intervals set to 100. Both xStatsCpuStatsUpdateInterval
and the meters RefreshRate. Is this how a netin meter should behave? On
or Off only?
