Any known problems with LS now?

Haven't used LS in a while, and never on a computer where I did
any work (always worked in Linux at school and etc.), but in my
new job I use XP, so what (if any) programs do LS have problems
with now?

My main programs at work will be Eclipse, Microsoft Access,
TextPad, Lotus Notes, so I'm guessing there won't be any
problems, asking just in case, can't waste many hours fixing up
LS and it can't be used.

BTW: Quick nice way to just get it up and running without too
much fancy theme stuff? Any of the installers? And please no
Austerity :P
