Quick thoughts

I don't know if it has been said, I really haven't been following the
OTS3 discussions. One thing that needs to be in the new standard is a
common or global folders. Weather images and quote files being my
example.  I have these in my personal setup, but I realized how
important this is now that I am trying to bundle a theme up for
distribution.
 
My latest just needs a readme and testing done. I don't know know if I
want to wait another 30 days to map out moon phases Brian.
