Honest West, I don't know. What I am wanting to do is have as few 
modules loaded at one time. Wazup is a good example. I don't check the 
weather but maybe once every few hours. Would it benefit me to have it 
load the module, retrieve the weather, update the label and unload? Or 
should I just keep it loaded all the time? I was thinking about adding 
xprop to this theme as well. Should it be loaded all the time? I will 
only be using it during theming sessions or HTML work.

I am just trying to make sure that I have a clean configuration and a 
theme that doesn't waste memory.
