LaserDock 2.0 DeskIcons issue

For some reason, every time I refresh litestep, half my deskicons disappear.
I'm not entirely sure why, and I can't discern a pattern to the loss. Would
there be a specific reason as to why the icons would disappear in the first
place? If I knew why it may be happening I should be able to fix it.
