I think some of it may also have to do with lack of new releases of the
litestep core.
lack full vista compatibility
lack of 64-bit compatibility
a lot of the old sites are almost dead
you can get a minimal almost portable shell with bblean / bbclean ( run
bbclean wen I'm in windows )
Linux is getting a hell of a lot better I ( My default os is Arch Linux
x86_64 )
and I would love to make some themes but don't have the time I'm in collage
