Absolutely not! There's a five-page thread about getting volume working in Win7. The core changes were not made by any of the LS devs, so it hasn't made it in to CVS. http://www.ls-universe.ls-themes.org/plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?12966.0 alur/alurcard2 wrote a fix for icons to 64bit programs.
