Absolutely not!

There's a five-page thread about getting volume working in Win7. The core
changes were not made by any of the LS devs, so it hasn't made it in to CVS.

alur/alurcard2 wrote a fix for icons to 64bit programs. Don't know if it was
discussed anywhere else than irc.

There is also sporadic module development going on. Most releases are noted
on http://lsp.litestep.info/
