WTL8 tabbrowser sample

There is a little problem with this TabBrowser sample. With all these hosting calls to DefWindowProc etc, the CBrowserView::OnDestroy handler -- browserview.h(154) -- gets called TWICE, and even that's too late because the inner webbrowser control host is already destroyed, so the DispEventUnadvise cleanup does not take place (QueryControl fails since the control is gone)

this isn't the end of the world but a tidier cleanup wouldn't harm <g>
if i think of something I'll let you know
