ATL security update and header-only library

Hi,

Perhaps most of you know about the recent ATL security update
and have watched this webcast:

I'd like to point on one thing announced by Damien Watkins
around 12 mins 20 secs which may be interesting to WTL developers
and users:

Damien said, that now "you can include ATL as a kind of header
only implementation".

As a header-only library, it may be easier to use ATL/WTL tandem
with not fully-featured editions of Visual Studio like Express and
who knows, may be even to port ATL (so WTL) to dev environments
like MinGW.
