WTL headers and PREfast

Hello

I'm using PREfast to detect programming errors. I'm running into a lot of
different warnings with the WTL header files. (I'm using PREfast from the
Windows SDK using VS2008 prof.) The warning are mostly false positive but I
like to have a clean output.

What would you propose ?

1. Includes WTL header from the StdAfx.h only and disable the warning
locally. Due the template nature of WTL this does not remove all the
warnings.
2. Report a bug to fix WTL headers.

Did anybody already fix the header files ?  I can do it, but what is the
process of merging the changes with the current version of WTL ? (and what
is the process of validating the changes.)
