WTL requires ATL, and ATL is not included with Express edition. So it's 
a bit tricky to use WTL with VC Express (legally).

This article describes how to hook up a (pretty old) copy of ATL that 
used to be included with certain Platform SDK editions. The article is 
talking about Visual C++ 2005 Express, you might have to do some 
tweaking to apply it to VC2010. Before you ask, I haven't tried that, 
and don't know of anyone who did.
