w.r.t Resize and Rotate System Tray App

Dear all,

I installed Fedora Core 3 in my pc where we have a package for screen
rotation, namely,
'Resize and Rotate System Tray App.' 
But the options to rotate the same by 90/180/270 degree were greyed out.

Would be thankful to u, if you could give me some pointers to activate
the same or any other way to achieve screen rotation.
