So the questions I have are:

 - what do you think would be effective as the big-picture
   coordination mechanism?
 - in this big picture dialog, what part does XFree86 play?

In other words, you say different but related projects are good.  But
right now I don't know if a project is different from XFree86, because
it isn't fully clear what XFree86 is.

I don't feel the need for your blessing, but I would like to
understand your opinion on what the big picture should be like, and I
would like to know what XFree86 will be aiming to do - what role do
you plan to play.

Overlapping XFree86 because of genuinely different goals is fine with
me, overlapping XFree86 because I don't understand XFree86 goals or 
vice versa seems kind of silly.

Havoc
