That's really what I meant by:

      Provide a means for collaborative work on client and
        server code at an early stage
 
I've added "(including "can fail" experimentation)" after that to
make it a bit more explicit.

I've added:

      Develop code style guides and internals documentation
      Clean up existing code (janitorial work)

To that section.
