That is what will happen, but as an aim I am fundamentally opposed to it.
I'm not sure whether my objections are mercenary, philosophical,
political, moral, or just anal-retentive, but that is an *aim*
to which my heart objects strongly.

Actually it isn't the way the XFree86 has worked so far.
We have higher authority - those with CVS commit access -
who edit the submitted writing and thus shape the software.
I am a true believer in the editorial board :-).
