Well, i could make a nasty remark about Debian here...
Actually I think it is because most people don't read documentation.
They expect it to "just work". You actually have to edit the xf86config
file. If you read the docs it is clear. Maybe that it too much to
expect.
nVIDIA drivers for Mac hardware would be nice though...
