cooperation with ISO

In the ongoing debate on restructuring the work on X,
I would like to note that there is an opportunity to 
work together with ISO to standardize X. 

ISO is currently starting up a study group on Linux
and related technologies, to see if there are any areas
that could be standardized thru ISO. 

I think that X could be such an area, as the X APIs
are very mature, and X is a core component of Linux.
