gdb for XFree86 in sources, patches as well as src.rpm and binary 
rpms for x86, alpha and ia64:

For those wanting to debug the Red Hat XFree86 packages, we strip 
with -strip-debug currently, however -strip-uneeded was used in 
7.3.  You can recompile the entire X packages with complete debug 
info by editing the XFree86.spec file and changing 
"DebuggableBuild" to 1 then rebuilding with rpm -bb XFree86.spec
