We have many volunteers to QA any developing dirvers but we don't
have volunteers to do the development.
Since we don't have specs for the neomagic the only way to do
this is to dump register settings from Windows. Since Shigehiro
went thru this agony we now can do Xv.
If you want TV out you'll have to do the same thing.
