dell latitude CPI wont install any GUI

Hello neomagic,

I am installing Debian on a Laptop. Dell Latitude CPI.
 It has a Neomagic Video card and wont activate any GUI. not Xfree386 or any
 GUI.
 
 I can Install the Bash $ Shell Prompt.  Thing...
 
 I want to get this installed so I can get rid of win XP.
 
 I went over every option under monitor drivers and none were supporting my
 Laptop.
 
 Any Advice?

 I have debian progeny is that makes a difference.
