Toshiba tv out support

For those looking to get tv out working on toshiba, I just noticed in
the latest kernel changelog (2.5.35) that there were some in
improvements to the ACPI support in the kernel for toshibas.  For those
of you that want to try the bleeding edge you might have some sucess
with that kernel.  yoiu might also want to inquire on the ACPI ML as to
which models are supported.  see the changelog below:
