I run windowmaker on my two amd64 systems very well, although I run 0.80.2 (with the r4 gentoo patches, I'm ona gentoo box). I haven't had any luck with 0.91 on amd64 boxes (crashes, etc), but I think some of that is my old configs. I'm running windowmaker 0.91 very well on my gentoo iBook, so ppc isn't a problem, although this is a 32 bit ppc.
