That's my opinion:
.  DocBook is good for technical documentation,
.  PropLists are good for storing configuration info.

heh, there seem to be political affairs between GNUstep folks and WM folks.
I am not a politician (though for example my Mom is) and I won't interfere :)

As far as I know, WM is not a part of GNUstep anymore.  Personally, I use it
with GNOME and KDE apps.

These are available on my webpage.  I haven't got much of feedback from
users of WM who speak Polish, so I decided to make them unofficial,
at least for some time.
