Shade/cycling bug?

I believe this is new in 0.92.  I was using 0.91 or some CVS version not 
far from it before this.  I suspect this is an unintentional change due to 
something referenced in ChangeLog, though I have not looked at the source:

- Unshade application's shaded windows when Dbl-MiddleClick-ing its appicon.
   (this is to be consistent with deminiaturizing application's miniwindows
   which also happens in this case, since shading is a form of miniaturization)

Previously, when you shaded a window, you could alt-tab from it, then 
alt-tab back.  Now, alt-tab skips over shaded windows.  I am assuming this 
is because it now acts like a miniaturized window, which did show up in an 
alt-tab.  Presumably this change is an unintentional side effect, as 
it makes shading pretty much redundant as far as I can figure.
