I just upgraded today and my WPrefs shows the correct text. However, I
had to change the path for the binary on my FreeBSD-box. 0.91 had the
application in '$X11/GNUstep/Apps/WPrefs.app/WPrefs' and 0.92 has it in
'$X11/GNUstep/Applications/WPrefs.app/WPrefs'. Maybe you didn't do a
clean uninstall during the upgrade and are now using the old WPrefs?
