Known problem, it is still trying to find the files in the gnustep
directories. You can either use the cvs version or install it in the gnustep
prefix by add "--with-gnustepdir=/usr/local/GNUstep". If you choose the latter
option, wpref.app will be location in
"/usr/local/GNUstep/Local/Applications/WPrefs.app".
